Yoga for mom and baby, 6 weeks to pre-crawler. A gentle practice for mom to ease back into a practice, or to simply begin a practice while bonding with baby. This class will be focused on the new mom, but with generous time and interaction given to baby too, as he/she is gently guided through simple yoga postures, each specifically designed to aid in his/her natural development. Among the many benefits, yoga for babies can;
